Ignited Light associates assess client needs from the comfort of their homes and refer them to healthcare and wellness professionals who best fit clients’ needs. During the intake process, the client will be given the option of contacting the service provider herself or having the service provider contact her. It should be noted that all information gathered and submitted will be filed in a secure database.
Potential clients will access Ignited Light’s website to review the available services.
Clients will complete the health questionnaire and schedule an appointment with an Ignited Light associate.
An Ignited Light associate will contact the client to complete the intake process.
Upon completion of the virtual intake process, a needs assessment is generated. An Ignited Light associate will identify the appropriate medical/health resource(s) that best fit the client’s needs.
A referral is submitted to both the service provider and the client. The health professional or a representative will respond to all Ignited Light referrals within seventy- two hours of receiving the documentation.
